職位描述：

We are looking for program manager with strong working experience for softgoods, technical product knowledge and a good understanding of the NPI process as well as mass production transition.

Key Responsibility: 
1. You will be responsible for softgoods program team management, project development, costing, and successful NPI to MP transition.
2. Familier with  NPI process and have know-how to drive daily activities
3. Cost model set-up and follow up
4. Team leadership and ownership
5. Develop and drive schedule for overall project from concept to production
6. Drive team for decision making to ensure the schefule on time
7. Lead project team for daily activities – material management, Doe management, labor management, schedule managment etc.
8. Drive successful NPI and MP transition 
9.  Key milestone driver and work with engineering / quality team to fix critical issues that impact shedule, costing etc on timely manner

Requirement: 
1. Major in PMP, 8-10 years project management experiences in manufacturing industry.
2. Good communication skill, good English reading and speaking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate English ability is required.
3. Proactive, disciplined focus on program management and have strong capabilities to influence ohers.
4. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Rational control WIP & FG inventory, reduce the liability, improve & continu to reduce inventory.
3.跨相關部門高效溝通，及時反饋以及組織異常處理以保證生產正常運作和順利交付。
Effective commnunication with other departments, on time-feedback and organize abnormal handle to ensure production & delivery smoothly.
4.統籌人力分配，確保人力及產能平衡。
Coordinate manpower allocation to ensure manpower and capacity balance.
5.負責部門的日常管理工作及對下屬員工的指導，培訓及評估。
Responsible for the daily management of Dept. & provide guidance, training, evaluation to subordinates.

7.新產品產能規劃和產出爬坡周期跟蹤。

職位描述：

Key Responsibility: 
In charge of whole Project from Concept to Process Development till Mass Production which includes: 
1. Task assignment within team,
2. Coach team members to conduct Process Research and Test, DOE... 
3. Management of project process control and data report which is de-composed as following:
4. Bom Management
5. ECN procedure management
6. Material management
7. Data management
8. Line qualification(Equipment and Tooling) for MP management.
9. Documentation Management
10. EVT/DVT/PVT/Ramp/Mass Production/Maintenance and Troubleshooting /Continuous Improvement
Requirement: 
1. Major in PMP, 3-5 years project management experiences in manufacturing industry.
2. Good communication skill, good English reading and speaking.
3. Strong ability in Project Resource Organization and data analysis, data reporting . 
4. Good experiences in Project Control Tool like PERT, PROJECT, good in sheducle making and managing.
5. Have deep understanding of BOM, ECN, and SOP, Very familiar with NPI procedure.
6. Strong attitude of Pulling as an Engine, Driving result.
